How does this whole process work?
The first step is to fill out the Quote form. After we receive your request, we will contact you within 1 business day and set up a time to have a thorough phone conversation. During that call it is our job to get a firm idea of what your needs are and your job to tell us everything you can about your project. The more information we gather, the better our solutions will meet your needs. If you like our solutions, we move forward with development, testing and launch. As you can see, it takes work on both our ends to make it a success.

How long will this take?
That is entirely subject to what the project consists of. Sometimes the work can be done in a few weeks and other times it may take a few months. Your schedule, availability and response time and our workload can also affect the timeframe.

How much will this cost?
There is no way to calculate the cost until we know the scope of your project. You can save lots of time by thoroughly filling out the Quote Request Form. Some people set a budget that might turn out to be inadequate once all their needs are factored in and others might think the project will cost much more than it actually will. Once we agree on your project outline and budget, we promise to do our best to stay within those parameters and deliver on time.

Once my site is done, will I need to know how to program to update my website?
That is entirely up to you. There are many options when it comes to updating and maintaining your site. We could set you up with a backend control panel and/or database management tool if you know your way around some programming languages and would like complete control. We could also take care of updating and maintaining your site for you. Or maybe your comfort level falls somewhere in between. We’ll work together with you to ensure we find the best solution for your situation
